Solid Snake Fan Art

My rather mediocre result at likeness.
I tried to do Christian Bale as Solid Snake from MGS2 , he ended up looking a little bit like Elon Musk along the way instead.
Any advice on improvement would be very much appreciated.
Looking forward to doing better in my next one.
